Brandy Tomhave, J.D. is an Oklahoma Choctaw descendent who specializes in facilitating strategy sessions for public policy initiatives.  Her areas of expertise include federal Indian law, criminal justice, mental health, transportation and economic development.  She has been a consultant to the USDOJ, the Federal Communication Commission, SAMHSA and many tribal governments and organizations.  Brandy's unique experience working both on Capitol Hill and in the trenches of community development have provided her with an exceptional ability to develop consensus about how federal programs should be exported to the people whom they are intended to benefit.
